Abstract
The influence of sinusoidality of the generator output signal on systematic error in the information-measuring system for linear displacements is considered. Based on the presented dependence of the electromotive force of sensor power supply on time, the conversion function of sensor output current is derived, and the conversion function coefficient is determined. Using a phase meter at specified time points, the reference voltage of the generator output signal was taken, and time diagrams of current components that determine the effect of the first and second harmonics on the quality of transducer output current were constructed. It is determined that an error arises with a relative displacement of sinusoidal functions of different frequencies. Mathematical modeling was used as a research method, in which real physical processes were described by the corresponding analytical dependencies. Patterns of parameter changes in the elements of the information-measuring system electrical circuit when moving the magnetic shunt along the sensor information line were established. The basic relationships for determining the requirements for the spectrum of the generator output signal are given.
