How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article presents the results of adaptation and development of optimal parameters of accumulation of sheep pox virus strain on the transplanted cell cultures 3-KG, YADK-04 and PO-2. Infectious activity in case of infection with VSP on a complete formed monolayer was 5.0-5.75 lg TCD 50 /cm 3 on the YADK line and 5.5-6.0 lg TCD 50 /cm 3 on 3-KG, with a plurality of infection 0.1-0.5 TCD 50 /CL., incubation time was 72-96 hours. The method of determining the infectious titer of the virus by test-tube and microplate methods is worked out, the correlation analysis is carried out. Analysis of the results of determining the infectious activity of the smallpox virus showed comparability of the data with a discrepancy of + 0,1-0,5 lg (+0,25) towards the microplate method (n=7), which indicates its higher sensitivity and accuracy.
