Abstract
The main goal of the state program “Digital Kazakhstan” is the progressive development of the digital ecosystem to achieve sustainable economic growth, increase the competitiveness of the economy and the nation, and improve the quality of life of the population. Digital technologies have given a number of advantages: simplification of public and business access to public services, acceleration of information exchange, the emergence of new business opportunities, the creation of new digital products. Expected digital dividends for Kazakhstan are defined and designated in accordance with the strategic objectives of the state.
