How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Results of a research, on identification of biochemical structure ofleaves of various lines (broad-leaved, oval – leaved, narrow-leaved) arepresented to a Stevia rebaundiana Bertoni in article introduced in ecological conditions of the Southern Kazakhstan. As a result of a research, it is shown that concentration of mineral elements (iron, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, manganese) and organic matters(vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates) depend by nature lines of a stevia. Itis revealed, the high content of all mineral elements except a magnesium(a selenium of 22,7 – 31,4%, iron of 5,9%, phosphorus of 22 – 26,8%,Zincum of 5,8%, a mass fraction of calcium of 0,9 – 9,9%, a mass fraction of potassium oxide of 4,6-10,8%) in leaves of a broad – leaved stevia in comparison with other lines. In other lines of a stevia (narrow andovaloid leaved) accumulation iron and zincum was ovaloid identical. Onthe maintenance of other mineral elements it was noted an essential difference as excess of concentration of a selenium (17,24%) and phosphorus(6,25%) was observed in leaves of the narrow-leaved line, and calcium(9,1%), an oxide potassium (6,9%) in leaves of the ovaloid line. And itwas also noted, raised contents of magnesium (6,7-8,3%) in the ovaloidline in comparison with other lines. It is established that concentrationof mineral elements in all lines does not exceed the extreme admissibleconcentration, and also leaves of all of the line are vitamin – rich (retinol, atocopherol, calciferous, thiamin, a pyridoxine, riboflavin, folic acid, niacin, ascorbic acid), proteins and carbohydrates.Key words: carbohydrates, food safety, mineral elements, proteins, stevia, vitamins.
