How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Current mirror (CM) is one of the main building blocks in analog circuit design, especially for large neuromorphic and neuro-inspired circuits and systems. The characteristics of CM directly affect the performance, power dissipation and scalability of circuit. Therefore, it is important to enhance the performance of CM circuits. This paper presents a modification of self-cascode based CM circuit showing the feasibility of replacing CMOS transistors with memristive devices without deteriorating the performance of the circuit. The proposed CM circuit has an operating voltage of 0.5 V and current range of 1-100 μA. We show the variability analysis, temperature variations and frequency analysis. Comparing to the CMOS design, application of memristive components ensure the reduction of power consumption and on-chip area by 13% and 14%, respectively.
