How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract— The dynamics of the structural and phase composition of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in different media is established. The dependence of the change in the degree of degradation on the acidity and the time of residence in a medium is established. X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive analyzes show there is a sharp increase in the concentration of defects in the crystal structure in acidic media, due to the presence of amorphous regions caused by the emergence of hydroxide compounds. It is established that using gold for the coating of Fe3O4 nanoparticles protects nanoparticles from degradation and amorphization. Knowledge of the rate and degree of degradation of nanoparticles allows clarification of the time frame for the applicability of nanoparticles with potential applications in biomedicine.
