How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article considers the demographic aspects of the daily life of the city of Kentau in 1941-1991. And also relying on census materials, analyzes the dynamics of the sex and age structure and national composition of the population of the city of Kentau. In the article presented, the author examined the channels and mechanisms for the formation of the population of Kentau in the conditions of large-scale industrialization in the 1950s, when radical changes in the growth rates and the structure of the city’s population took place. On the basis of archival materials, special attention is paid to migration flows from other regions and rural areas of the republic, which was the main source of urban population growth in the period under review.
