How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

One of the most representative indicators of the state of aquatic ecosystems is the structure of phytoplankton, the structural characteristics of which are widely used in the biomonitoring system. The objectof study was the salt Alakol lake near the villages of Akshi, Koktuma, Kabanbay and Koktal. These areas,in the process of recreational use, are subject to the greatest anthropogenic impact, so the biologicalassessment of lake water in these areas is most relevant. In this regard, the purpose of our research workwas to study the species diversity of the algal flora of Lake Alakol. An analysis of the flora compositionof the algal flora of Lake Alakol revealed that the species diversity of the algoflora in them determinesthe diatoms, green, blue-green, euglenic and cryptophyte algae that make up more than 89 species. Theconducted water quality assessment using indicator organisms revealed -mesosaprobic character of water, which allowed to conclude about moderate contamination of the surveyed lake areas. The scientificsignificance of the study is to study the species diversity of microalgae and cyanobacteria of this object. The practical significance of research is that the results obtained are necessary for forecasting and developing recommendations for the conservation and normal functioning of natural complexes.Key words: bioindication, algoflora, Alakol, microalgae, saprobity
