How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article describes the technique and presents the results of research into the properties of prototypesof electrically heated double-glazed windows. The types of energy-saving layers of double-glazedwindows are considered: K-coating and I-coating. Comparison of thermal characteristics of windowswith energy-saving glasses and with ordinary double-glazed windows was performed, which showedthat a single-compartment glass unit with energy-saving glass is more effective than a double-glazedunit. In this case, double glazing with I - glasses are more energy efficient than with K - glasses. Themechanical properties and heat resistance of tempered glass are studied, which depend on the degree ofquenching. The process of injecting inert gases, argon or krypton into the chambers between the glasses,is considered to reduce heat loss from convective heat transfer. This procedure improves the characteristics of light-transmitting structures with an energy-saving coating. Thermal fields in the glass planeare also analyzed. The possibility of measuring the characteristics of thermoelastic states arising duringthe heating of a glass unit is demonstrated. When conducting studies of electrical and thermophysicalcharacteristics of insulating glass units, leakage currents, the power of insulating glass units at operatingtemperature and the resistance of conductive paths were measured. This article discusses the advantagesof using energy-saving glasses, as well as the scheme of action of energy-saving glass in summer andwinter. Energy-saving glass is a new turn in a variety of programs to reduce heat losses and can be usedfor energy saving in residential and industrial buildings.
