How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Here we present the results of 3D computer modeling of combustion coal-dust in the combustion chamber ofthe boiler BKZ-75. Calculations performed by the numerical model for the conditions adopted by theorganization of the actual process on Shahtynskaya Thermal Power Plant. Carried out in this paper, theresearch allowed identifying the main patterns of distribution of heat exchange performance in the entirevolume of the combustion chamber of the researched boiler and at the exit from it. The authors carried outnumerical experiments of 3D computer modeling for describing complex processes of heat and mass transfer.Proposed the numerical methods of solving a system of equations describing heat and mass transfer, and aprogram package has been developed for solving combustion problems. New computer modeling results ofturbulent heat-and mass transfer process received during burning coal-dust fuel in the combustion chamber ofthe BKZ-75 boiler. The developed technologies will make it possible to exclude inefficient and costly methodsof conducting research in the field of fuel-burning energy industry. Numerical modeling includingthermodynamic, kinetic and three-dimensional computer modeling of burning low-grade Kazakhstan coal willoptimize the process of ignition, combustion and stabilization of coal combustion, and also develop technicalsolutions for the modernization of existing power plants and for the design of new power boilers.
