How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The paper reviews a model is developed for the nonstationary state of saturation of a membrane. In the main part of the paper, transfer equations with cross effects such as the Soret effect and thermal diffusion are derived. On the basis of these equations, cross effects, heat transfer and mass transfer equations in the conjugate form are obtained. As a result, equations are obtained for component fluxes in the transition period, taking into account the relaxation time, where the aspect of membrane nonstationarity is associated with transient processes in establishing the state of stationary saturation of the membrane. Moreover, it was shown that the concentration of the dissolved substance near the membrane does not exceed the equilibrium concentration, which avoids clogging of pores with polymeric molecules. However, the apparent separate porosities for the dissolved component and the solvent in the “slip” porosity zone depend on the saturation of the membrane pores by the filtering components. All this is described in the discussions of the paper. In the results, the computer model of non-stationary saturation of the membrane with the application of the Chemkad application program allowed to obtain graphs of the dependence of the non-stationary saturation state of the membrane on various gases in the porosity zone, in particular, gases such as ethanol and methane are considered.
