Abstract
By methods of kinetic theory of dielectric relaxation the mechanism of migratory polarization in compound hydrogen bonded crystals (CHBC) in variable electric field in wide temperature range is investigated. The solution of the linear system of the equations of Fokker - Planck and Poisson for model of the blocking electrodes in the stationary mode in infinite approximation of the theory of indignations is constructed. It is proved that the dipolar moment of dielectric, other than zero, is generated only on odd harmonicas of a variation field that can form a basis for development of the microwave oven - the generators working at the trebled radio frequency range frequencies.
