How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Objective: In this research work was considered importance of world wide disease, that have become the main danger for the public health and problem for healthcare department - disease of the cardiovascular system. The aim of the work - to study the effect of the protein GDF11 on the cardiac biomarkers, rheological, biochemical properties of blood and hemodynamics in the experimental conditions for the prevention of cardiovascular disease. To clarify the biological mechanisms that drive cardiovascular disease during the an unhealthy lifestyle, we tested the influence of risk factors on health using parabiosis, a surgical technique in which joining of animals of different ages leads to a shared circulation. Design and Method: All the research was carried out by the literature procedures, such as parabiotic experimental technique - connection blood systems of the two animals, the method of rheography to determine the level of blood flow in the body, a technique of Doppler ultrasound to study hemodynamic parameters, blood analysis. Results: Was modeled the pathology of the cardiovascular system, was created parabiotic model on rats in the experimental group. We studied the realogical blood parameters, hemodynamics in the control group and parabiotic model. Investigated the biochemical analysis of blood from the control group and parabiotic model, the level of cardiac markers (troponin I, myoglobin) in the control group and parabiotic model. Conclusions: The findings will deepen understanding of the importance of protein in GDF11 scale in global study of modern medicine. After 4 weeks of exposure to the circulation of young mice, indicators determining cardiovascular disease in old mice dramatically regressed. Treatment of old mice to restore GDF11 to youthful levels recapitulated the effects of parabiosis and reversed cardiovascular disease, revealing a therapeutic opportunity for cardiovascular system. GDF11 protein is considered as a means for prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
