Abstract

Трехкомпонентной конденсацией тиомочевины, ацетоуксусного эфира и анисового альдегида осуществлен синтез этил-4-(4-метоксифенил)-6-метил-2-тиоксо-1,2,3,4-тетрагидропиримидин-5-карбоксилата. Осуществлено его взаимодействие с ароматическими альдегидами с получением соответствующих стирильных производных. Изучена гипотензивная активность синтезированных соединений.
