How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Summary During the sea and on land expedition campaigns (2011–2012–2013), complex geophysical measurements have been performed on the board of the specialised geophysical vessel “Mare Nigrum” – Romania. Then, after the data processing, several maps have been produced. The onboard measurements included high resolution bathymetry by multiple beam equipment, total magnetic field vector measurements by a marine magnetometer with high sensitivity, gravimetric on board measurements and salinity deep profiling from time to time. The marine complex geophysical measurement profiles have been separated by a distance of 1 km and covered the deep sea waters, limited to the coast by the waterline of the ship. Two years later, on land measurements of the gravity field (Bouguer anomaly), total vector of the magnetic field and gamma radioactivity background, have been performed on surface elongated S-N single profile with a measurement step from 200–300 meters. The purpose of these measurements was to support the creation of unified on land and marine maps.
