How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The genus Limonium comprises 300 species and most of them can be found in Kazakhistan. Reports of the phytochemical investigation of Limonium species from Kazakhistan had resulted in isolation of different classes of bioactive compounds mostly phenolics. Bioactive guided fractionation of Limonium myrianthum resulted in the isolation of 5,7,3',4',6'-pentahydroxyflavon-3-ol ( 1 ). The compound displayed significant antifungal activity against Candida glabrata and Candida krusei at IC 50 4.44 and 9.56µg/mL respectively. Biotransformation of 1 was done by Absidia glauca for further bioactivity and resulted in the formation of two new sulfated derivatives named as 5,7,3',6'-pentahydroxyflavonol-4'-sulfate ( 2 ) and 5,7,3',6'-tetrahydroxyflavonol-8,4'-disulfate ( 3 ).
