How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper presents a set of integrated actuators designed to assist measuring variable hole-shapes automatically. During measurement of such hole parameters such as cyllindricity, roundness, roughness, etc. it is necessary to keep the measurement spindle and stylus on its right axis at all times. Deviation may occur due to reactive force on the measurement spindle. To prevent deviation, various types of actuators are used. One of such type of actuators is piezoelectric actuator. It has good time response but very small weight lifting stroke. In addition, piezoelectric actuator is very expensive and can be applied only for fixed type of hole-shapes. To solve the above mentioned problems, the proposed integrated mechanical actuator can play an important role in measuring variable hole-shapes. This paper highlights the conceptual design of such integrated actuator, its integrated features to measure variable hole shapes and fundamental experimental results of motor based actuators to measure varieties of hole shapes.
