How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Casting using the pressure of thermoplastic slips is one of the methods for obtaining products with difficult and long-measured form. Instability of technological process and a lot of defects are the result of heat conductivity of the beryllium oxide. The use of ultrasound oscillations at the stages of heating slip, casting, and mould cooling is an optimal method of defect abatement and productivity advancement. The influence of preliminary and accompanying ultrasound processing on the plastic properties, flow nature and hardening of thermoplastic slip has been determined. The technological recommendations on choosing of cohesion amount, casting temperature, power and duration of ultrasound influence which results in obtaining high quality casting have been developed. The density of moulding pieces increases by 5-10%, mechanical strength increases by 40%. The productivity of the casting process of the long measured product increases by 4-10 times.
