How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The wide range of measures undertaken and implemented by the Party in recent years to develop the productive forces in the countryside have borne fruit. Gross agricultural output in 1953-61 increased 1.6-fold. But this growth is clearly inadequate. The present level of production does not satisfy the ever-growing requirements of society in agricultural produce, especially livestock produce, nor does it permit us to solve the problem of raising the people's standard of living. Agricultural output in the first three years of the Seven-Year Plan period has fallen short of the planned level. This has provided the danger that the seven-year plan of agricultural development may not be fulfilled and has led to difficulties in keeping the population regularly supplied with meat and certain other products.
