How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Expansion of the national economy and rapid progress in science and technology require a still greater rise in the role and scientific level of planning. The main tasks of planning now, as Comrade N. S. Khrushchev pointed out at the November (1962) Plenary Meeting of the CPSU Central Committee, are the more rational and effective use of material, labor and financial resources, of the natural wealth, the development and introduction of new technology, and the elimination of unnecessary costs and losses in production. Achievement of maximum production results with minimum outlays, in the interests of society, is a law of our economic development, of management of the socialist economy, and of planning.
