How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The broad discussion that is now under way on the issues of planning and material incentives reflects, as it were, the need to improve the system of planning our national economy, a need which has naturally arisen lately. Important tasks have been posed in the process of building the material and technical basis of communism. Among them, in the actual practice of planning, there is the problem of thoroughly substantiating plans from the standpoint of the economic effectiveness of capital investment and new equipment. There is an urgent need to combine planning, economic efficiency and economic stimulation of production into an integral process. It is also essential that planning be brought into full conformity with the new forms of management in the national economy. The main problem today is to apply improved scientific methods of planning, including mathematical methods.
