How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The major significance of problems of further development of the science of economics in the period of the comprehensive building of communism has been particularly emphasized in the Draft Program of the CPSU. These problems are attracting the attention of broad strata of Soviet society: active Party members, scientists, economic administrators and the personnel of the economic services. In the last number of our newspaper, we published an article by G. A. Prudenskii, Corresponding Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences, on the problems facing the science of economics in mobilizing unused production potential. Continuing our discussion of this theme, we publish an article by A. N. Efimov, Doctor of Economic Sciences, devoted to problems of organization of scientific economic research in connection with pressing problems of national economic planning.
