How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Introduction. Providing of emergency medical care to the patients in the pre‐hospital phase has a great importance in medicine. Material. The analysis was made of the calls of Astana city ambulance teams to patients who have been pronounced dead in the presence of doctors from 2006 to 2012. In total, 1002 cases were registered. Results. By nosology the patients were distributed as follows: acute coronary pathology (69.7%), strokes (12.7%), pulmonary arterial thromboembolism (6.0%), asthma status (2.8%), infectious‐toxic shock (2.2%) and other diseases (6.6%). In 137 cases, the pain was assessed as “very severe”, in 88 ‐ as “severe”. Acute cardiovascular insufficiency of 2nd and 3rd degree according to Killip was observed in 132 patients.115 patients had baseline sinus tachycardia, other arrhythmias were in 19 patients. 60 patients were observed with a violation of A‐V conduction (1st degree A‐V block ‐ 39 cases, 2nd degree A‐V block of Mobits II type ‐ 4 cases and 3rd degree A‐V block ‐ 17 cases). Myocardial infarction was localized in anterior wall in 141 patient and in 87 patients ‐ in the rear wall. Right ventricular myocardial infarction was in 3 patients. Pathologic Q wave on the electrocardiograms was formed in 139 patients. The rise of ST interval above contour line for more than 5 mm was observed in 186 patients.16 patients were detected with the prolongation of QT interval above normal, calculated by Bazett formula.
