How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a dangerous chronic disease, which without regular monitoring, healthy lifestyle and proper treatment acquires a severe course, accompanied by a high risk of serious complications. The purpose of the study is to improve the informative value of the oral glucose tolerance test for early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus by eliminating enteric interference and extracting diagnostic information from its data. The article describes a mathematical model of glycemic dynamics. This allowed the introduction of fundamentally new diagnostic parameters of diabetes mellitus - the coefficients of the model, individualized for the examined patient by clinical data. On their basis a new system of early diabetes diagnosis was proposed, the efficiency of which is higher than the current official system, which was proved by an experimental study.
