How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Glaucoma is one of the most common eye disease in which the optic nerve gradually dies. The aim of the study is to determine the corneal biomechanical properties by modelling the corneal dynamic deformation under an air puff excitation. The corneal dynamic deformation response was modeled by using nonlinear viscoelastic model, and then benchmarked with the clinical corneal dynamic deformation profile extracted from Corneal Visualization Scheimpflug Tonometer (Corvis ST) to determine the corresponding corneal biomechanical parameters. A total of 20 normal subjects were included in this study. An optimization process was developed to determine the better combination of corneal biomechanical parameters for the normal subjects. The results showed that the model can be used to determine the corneal biomechanical properties with the corneal dynamic deformation video extracted from the Corvis ST.
