How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The aim of the article is to limit the detection and specificity of enzyme immunoassay of antibiotics on the example of tetracycline and chloramphenicol, to monitor the degree of contamination of milk residues of antibiotics. Accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the world trade organization (2015), the expansion of export-import operations determine the need to increase the level of control over the health of animals, the safety of animal products and feed, compliance with the requirements of the basic provisions of generally recognized international treaties and agreements. In this regard, there is a reason for careful monitoring of food products for the presence of antibiotic residues in them. The article presents the results of studies of residues of antibiotics tetracycline and chloramphenicol in milk by ELISA. The study was subjected to the milk - a total of 57 samples. During the research physicochemical and immunological methods were used. To process the results of ELISA, a special program for enzyme immunoassay developed by R-Biopharm RIDASCREEN was used. The experiments were conducted using milk of domestic production and imported origin sold in Kostanay region. According to the Unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary-epidemiological supervision of the customs Union of EurAsEC, the maximum permissible level of tetracycline antibiotics is 0.01 mg/kg.as a result of the conducted studies, the excess of the maximum permissible level of tetracycline in milk from the private sector and Bildservice LLP was revealed.
