How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Three prenylated isoflavonoids ( 1 – 3 ) have been isolated from the ethanolic extract of Maclura aurantiaca fruits. The isolated compounds were chemically identified as 3'-hydroxyeuchrenone ( 1 ), euchrenone ( 2 ), 5,3',4'-trihydroxy-6-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl) isoflavone ( 3 ). Compounds 1 and 2 showed antifungal activities against Candida glabrata with IC 50 values of 5.7 µg/ml and 1.0 µg/ml, respectively. Compound 3 showed antifungal activities against Cryptococcus neofomans and Candida glabrata with IC 50 values of 5.0 µg/ml and 4.9 µg/ml, respectively.
