How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article uses a case study of drinking water produced by desalination plants "Caspiy" to review the results of predictive comprehensive assessment of drinking water in terms of chemical safety on the basis of nonthreshold public health risk assessment.Hazard assessment of source water (Caspian Sea) revealed 11 out of 19 priority pollutants that the water was tested for.The analysis did not reveal any carcinogenic substances.Total risk of reflex and olfactory responses and non-carcinogenic health effects in consumption of drinking water supplied through the distribution network did not exceed the permissible level for individual substances and the compound action.Additional water quality control measures were not required. Keywords: Kazakhstan; drinking water
