How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Limonium caspium is a member of Plumbaginaceae family. This plant is well known in folk medicine for it is wide therapeutic uses. Extensive study of alcoholic extracts of L. caspium led to isolation of two new sulfated flavonoids (1) and (2) and two known poly-hydroxylated flavonoids (3) and (4) for the first time from this species. The structures of the isolated flavonoids were elucidated by using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy as well as HR-ESI-MS. The isolated compounds were identified as 3,5,7,4',5'-pentahydroxyflavone-3'-sulfate (1), myricetin-3'-sulfate (2), 5-methoxymyricetin (3), 3,5,7,3',4',5'-hexahydroxyflavone (4). All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimalarial, antileishmanial, antifungal and antimicrobial activities. Fig. 1
