How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Modern high-tech production with high innovation content, including petrochemical and oil and gas industry, is characterized by a flexible structural organization of technological processes, contributing to their versatility and multitasking, and the ability to quickly change the range of products, varying widely in its volume and quality characteristics. Optimal operation of such plants is often hampered or limited due to the lack of flexibility of existing automated technological processes control systems of (ATPCS). In this regard, the developments in the field of high performance flexible process control system are relevant, and are of considerable scientific and practical interest. The purpose of the research is to develop a methodological framework for building effective APCS capable of variation and modification within a wide range of optimal control tasks. The result of this research is to develop theoretical foundations of flexible, optimal control of complex technological systems using the principle of decentralized management and the method of situational decomposition.
