How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the aspects of language borrowings within the framework of the modernization of the higher education system in Kazakhstan, the social aspects of the borrowing process and the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the administrative discourse of Kazakhstan are analyzed. Today, the use of borrowed vocabulary in speech and official documents is becoming a common linguistic phenomenon. This issue is of particular importance in connection with the conditions for the modernization of the higher education system of Kazakhstan, based on the Bologna process. The relevance of the study is due to the large number of lexical borrowings in the Russian language, as well as their use in speech at different language levels. The ever-growing role of higher education in the 21st century is determined by scientific and technological progress and the global technologization of the developed countries of the world. The development of Kazakhstani society is an organic part of the process of gradual transition of human civilization to a new stage of its development. The task of the Bologna Process is to create a European Higher Education Area, which will lead to the emergence of a truly pan-European integration project in this area. In connection with this process, there is a replenishment of a large layer of borrowed vocabulary. The study of the essence of this linguistic phenomenon is still relevant.
