How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The results of the research on supporting the process of formation of educational programs by processing large volumes of poorly structured texts without re-processing and adapting professional content are presented. In connection with this, the design of educational programs involves the procedure of creating a database of professional competencies based on professional standards, which, in turn, will serve as the foundation for the process of developing and updating educational programs. The subject of the study is the content of professional standards, defined as a set of data characterizing learning outcomes and qualification skills. As a result of the work, the authors have created a formal-structural model of representing elements of professional content in the form of entities connected by structural relations. The obtained base of professional competencies based on professional standards will be the basis for the process of formation and updating of educational programs.
