How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This work investigates challenges and solutions related to the coexistence of LoRaWAN networks operating within the EU868 spectrum. After describing the possible channel options in this spectrum, graph theory is employed to model the degree of interference between overlapping networks, focusing on the identification of shared channels to minimize interference. Channel group arrangement schemes and a graph coloring solution aimed at improving network performance and enhancing overall communication efficiency are proposed. The effectiveness of the solution is assessed through a real-world deployment involving over 10,000 end-devices, 28 gateways, and 7 network servers for an equal number of subnetworks. The results show that the proposed approach improves the packet reception ratio (PRR) by 7 percentage points compared to the case where only one channel group is assigned across the entire network. The overall uplink fairness is also improved.
