How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the choice of optimal technological modes of hardfacing of parts during restoration in order to ensure high performance of the operational stability of the deposited coatings. Mathematical dependencies have been obtained that make it possible to evaluate the effect of electric current strength, voltage and feed rate on the hardness and wear resistance of the deposited layer. The hardness and wear resistance of semi-automatic hardfacing with SV-08G2S wire in various technological modes are determined. The dependences of the coefficient of friction on the distance of passage of the counter body are established. For semi-automatic hardfacing with low-alloy wire, it was found that the optimal technological modes are: hardfacing speed – from 2 m/min, voltage – 135 V, amperage – 17.5 A. In this case, the hardness reaches a maximum value of 25.6 HRC, and the wear coefficient is 0.57
