Abstract
Актуальность статьи определяется тем, что все страны отслеживают развитие социально-экономических инноваций и разрабатывают различные показатели, позволяющие оценить уровень и качество развития бизнес-инноваций, в том числе и Казахстан. В статье рассмотрен глобальный инновационный индекс для оценки уровня инновационного развития различных стран и Казахстана. Авторы изучили как изменились страны по уровню инновационного развития. Для этого в статье анализируются топ-10 глобальных инноваций в Республике Казахстан на основе рейтинга Global Innovation Index за 2015-2022 годы, а также анализируются показатели, составляющие большую часть Global Innovation Index в Казахстане. Оно также проводилось в 2021 и 2022 годах и выявило сильные и слабые стороны основных секторов. Авторы рассматривают оценку нематериальных активов в разных странах, а также структуру нематериальных активов на данном этапе. Авторы предлагают основные направления развития проблемных для Казахстана показателей в ГИИ и нематериальных активов. Авторы показали, как инновации стимулируют экономический рост, повышают заработную плату, увеличивают продолжительность жизни, делают технологии более доступными, повышают уровень жизни за счет активизации новых организационных структур и дают больше времени для семьи и развлечений с помощью новых бытовых технологий. The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that all countries monitor the development of socio-economic innovations and develop various indicators to assess the level and quality of business innovation development, including Kazakhstan. The article considers the global innovation index for assessing the level of innovative development of various countries and Kazakhstan. The authors studied how countries have changed in terms of innovative development. To do this, the article analyzes the top 10 global innovations in the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the Global Innovation Index rating for 2015-2022, and also analyzes the indicators that make up the majority of the Global Innovation Index in Kazakhstan. It was also conducted in 2021 and 2022 and revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the main sectors. The authors consider the valuation of intangible assets in different countries, as well as the structure of intangible assets at this stage. The authors propose the main directions for the development of problematic indicators for Kazakhstan in GII and intangible assets. The authors showed how innovations stimulate economic growth, raise wages, increase life expectancy, make technologies more accessible, raise living standards by activating new organizational structures and give more time for family and entertainment with the help of new household technologies.
