How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract The basis of creation and development of the theory of creep of reinforced concrete is based on unscientific principles taken from systems of classical mechanics that do not correspond to this theory. Linear systems with stationary properties (inertial, dissipative and positional components) are used to describe the properties of aging concrete. The replacement of constant coefficients in classical models is carried out: instead of these constant coefficients ai variable coefficients are inserted, which are functions of time - a i (τ), a i (τ), i=1, 2, 3, 4. From such the replacement, the integrand function of the theory has lost its physical meaning. Errors in structural calculations are 300-500%.
