How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article analyzes the article of c.l.s. Dyusenov Y.A. and Master of Legal Science Lyambekova A.K. “Issues of improving the regulatory regulation of the use of renewable energy sources”, which was published in the Bulletin of the Institute of Legislation No. 3 (48) in 2017. The author of this article conducts a retrospective analysis of the provisions of the article by Dyusenov E.A. and Lyambekova A.K. In addition, current examples of renewable energy projects implemented in the Republic of Kazakhstan were touched upon. The article deals with the development and improvement of environmental legislation in the field of renewable energy sources. The Environmental Code, as the main source of codification of environmental legislation, has introduced relevant innovations and preventive mechanisms to encourage users of natural resources to reduce emissions of pollutants into the environment. Kazakhstan has set an ambitious goal of increasing the share of renewable energy sources (RES) in the country's energy balance. In this regard, the analysis of the regulatory and legal regulation of RES and the study of the implemented tasks and implemented initiatives proposed by E.A. Dyusenov remains relevant and Lyambekova A.K. in the article published in 2017. In the course of the study, the author indicates the necessity for a further task to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the country's economy. At the same time, significant steps have already been taken in the legal regulation and practical field. The growing potential for the development of renewable energy sources and changes in this industry should also be systematically reflected in the country's legislation in the form of consistent measures and effective mechanisms.
