How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The results of investigations are presented for the dependence of growth rate, refractive index, and IR reflection spectra of real nitrogen and carbon dioxide cryocrystals on the conditions of their formation (temperature of condensation surface and the gaseous phase pressure, for example). It is found that the growth rate and refractivity of CO2 vary nonlinearly with temperature, which may be due to a gradual increase in the number of defects in the crystal upon a decrease in the condensation temperature. This conclusion is supported indirectly by the results of investigation of the temperature dependence of IR reflection spectra of CO2 cryocrystals. It is found that the structural and morphological characteristics of real CO2 cryocrystals are independent of temperature of their formation. Thermal variations of CO2 cryocrystal layers formed at different temperatures do not lead to any structural variations in them either.
