How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

QoE is almost the most important parameter, estimating which it is possible to determine user experience and compare it with users' expectations. Nowadays mobile networks bring a lot of new possibilities for business, industry etc. In this situation a lot of services and applications appear. And one of the most growing area is multimedia delivery in 5G networks. That's why it is necessary to develop new QoE improvement methods, which can take into account features of very different types of traffic in modern mobile networks architecture. Such method and scheme how to realize it on practice are presented in this paper. This architecture was developed within the 5G-Xcast project and its main goal to achieve necessary QoE in dynamic 5G environment for multimedia delivery. For this purpose several solutions (multilink, mABR, QUIC, MooD) can be used.
