How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The applicability of the identification measurements of seismographic records for the formation of the informative parameters of their analysis is shown in this paper. The type of identification parameter is experimentally defined which change is connected with a distribution structure of the seismographic records reading. The computer device was created realizing the seismographic records analysis with the instruments of identification measurements. The method for determination of the earthquake precursors is offered which is based on the consecutive comparison of an identification S-parameter changing as approaching the earthquake moment with some of its threshold value. The seismographic records analysis with the various forces of earthquakes allowed establishing the threshold value of S-parameter in the expert way for the operational forecast of earthquakes.
