How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Stochastical problem of Helmholtz for Birkhoff systemsThe Helmholtz problem is considered in a probabilistic formulation.By a given stochastic Langevin-Itô equation in an indirect representation, as the equation of the Hamiltonian structure and the equation of the Birkhoffian structure are constructed. The functional that takes a stationary value on solutions of a given stochastic Birkhoff equation, is defined by the method of moment functions. The obtained results are illustrated by two examples: 1) the plane motion of a symmetric satellite in a circular orbit under the action of gravity and aerodynamic forces, and 2) the fluctuation motion of a gyroscope in a gimbal caused by the stochastic fluctuating moment of forces along the suspension axis of the inner ring.
