How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

To improve the efficiency of business processes in higher education, a new management model is needed. Analysis of the current state of the university's administrative and managerial business processes shows that the introduction of administrative partnership services contributes to their development and optimization. The paper presents the architecture of the business processes of the scientific and research domain. The following main business processes of the university's research activities were identified: improving the scientific qualifications, organizational and methodological support of the university's scientific activities, conducting financial and economic activities in the framework of research (participation in grants, declaration of contracts), analysis and forecasting of the results of activities. For the selected class, an architecture based on the model of administrative partnership is proposed.
