How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The sharply continental climate of the northern and central regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan has determined the relevance of improving the heat supply systems of megacities (HSSM) as life support elements in the direction of improving quality, reliability, and energy-saving. It is proposed to create a basis for solving these problems by constructing state prediction subsystems (SPS) of HSSM electrotechnical complexes using intelligent information technologies. The SPS needs to contain automatic control and monitoring facilities (ACMF). ACMF, developed in specialized software environments such as LabVIEW and MATLAB-Simulink, makes it possible to predict equipment wearout based on the monitoring of the speed modes of electric drives (ED) analyzed in the space of real and virtual coordinates of ED. Mathematical and simulation ED models are developed and a database of models is created. Intelligent subsystems for predicting the resource and reliability of the equipment increase the safety of operation of the HSSM electrotechnical complexes.
