How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the conditions of modern economic development, an increasing number of industrial enterprises unite in such integrated structures as clusters; it allows them to reduce costs, maximize profits, create a product with high added value, usually with an innovative component, which provides companies with a high level of competitiveness on the regional and world markets. Given the emerging trends, the question of reviewing and studying typical and functioning structures of industrial clusters has the particular relevance. The scientific article describes the network, planetary, satellite, institutional, innovation, as well as the backbone innovation-active industrial clusters operating on digital platforms and created as a response to globalization and digitalization of the global economy. As examples of successful operation in practice, the Boston Biopharmaceutical Cluster, as well as the automotive cluster of St. Petersburg were considered; their structures were presented.
