How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This report gives the results of the COOMET.PR-K3 comparison of luminous intensity. Five laboratories took part in the comparison. COOMET.PR-K3 was piloted by Belarusian State Institute of Metrology (BelGIM). The linkage to KCRV was provided through the participation of the All-Russian Research Institute for Optical and Physical measurement (VNIIOFI) and Slovak Institute of Metrology (SMU). Other participants were National Scientific Center "Institute of Metrology" (NSC IM), Ukraine and Kazakhstan Institute of Metrology (KazInMetr). BelGIM, NSC IM and KazInMetr were non-linked laboratories. A set of three incandescent lamps was used as traveling comparison artefact. Degrees of equivalence of all three non-linked laboratories were within their expanded uncertainties. Main text To reach the main text of this paper, click on Final Report .
