How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract The influence of the graphene oxide addition on the structural, optical, optoelectronic and photovoltaic properties of TiO2 was studied. It was shown that a nanocomposite material is formed during hydrothermal synthesis; this fact was proven by the data obtained by electron microscopy and XPS analysis. It was estimated that the absorption spectrum of the TiO2–GO nanocomposite is shifted to the longwave region as compared to the absorption spectra of the initial components. The data on the quenching of luminescence of the synthesized material evidence that the efficiency of the recombination processes of photogenerated electron–hole pairs is lower as compared to pure TiO2; it improves the photoelectric, photovoltaic and electrophysical parameters of TiO2–GO nanocomposite material.
