How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The paper proposes and investigates a new scheme of an optoelectronic generator of deterministic chaos based on a bipolar field-effect transistor structure with negative differential resistance, which has a short settling time of stationary oscillations (15.36 to 19.82ns). A mathematical model has been developed of an optoelectronic generator of deterministic chaos in the form of first-order differential equations, which allows determining the value of the output signal frequency depending on the control voltage, as well as the parameters of the main elements of the oscillator at any time. Using a software package MATLAB computer-aided circuit-technical study of the parameters and characteristics of generated electrical oscillations in a chaotic mode was carried out. Compared to analogues, the proposed and investigated opto-electronic generator of deterministic chaos has improved load capacity and higher speed.
