How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article presents the results of an experimental study of a microtorch front device with an air nozzle stabilizer (ANS) intended for use in heat-generating units. The influence of flow swirl, combustion front shape and perforation on the indicators of combustion completeness, heat release and pollutant emissions is considered. The obtained data indicate high efficiency of microtorch combustion from the point of view of both energy consumption and environmental safety. Graphs and diagrams illustrating the nature of the identified dependencies are presented. This study conducted an experimental analysis of the impact of the design parameters of a microtorch device on its efficiency. The influence of the airflow swirl angle, combustion front geometry, and the presence of perforations on such parameters as thermal efficiency, nitrogen oxide (NOx) and carbon monoxide (CO) emissions, and combustion efficiency was investigated. To determine the key parameters of a microtorch front device with the air nozzle stabilizer (ANS) heat generator, experimental tests were conducted under operating conditions on a specialized rig.
