How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article considers promising approaches to integrating digital and energy technologies with solar power plants (SPP) using the example of the largest renewable energy facility in Central Kazakhstan - the SPP Saran. The analysis focuses on the introduction of HVDC technologies, digital twins, IoT monitoring systems and energy storage devices to improve reliability, energy efficiency and sustainability. An analysis of the technical and economic effects of such integration is conducted. Proposals for the scalability of solutions in the region are presented. The scientific novelty lies in the systemic assessment of the combined impact of HVDC, BESS, and digital twins on the performance of SPPs in Central Kazakhstan - for the first time using a specific facility (the SPP Saran) as an example. For the first time, a SWOT analysis and recommendations adapted to the infrastructural realities of the region are proposed. Practical significance. The results can be used by KEGOC, KOREM, as well as investors to implement pilot projects. The article provides a basis for developing strategies for the modernization of renewable energy facilities, reduces costs, and increases the export potential of the Kazakh energy sector.
