How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Introduction. Most deposits of manganese ores in Kazakhstan are mined in an open way. This creates large waste dumps that are not disposed of and have a negative impact on the environment. Since these wastes contain various valuable components, they can be used as an alternative raw material source in the production of various inorganic materials. However, there is no practice of involving overburden waste in production in Kazakhstan. The purpose of this work is to study the process of leaching overburden waste from the Zhayrem deposit with various mineral acids and the possibility of using the resulting solutions as liquid mineral fertilizers enriched with trace elements. Results and discussion. The process of leaching overburden waste from the Zhayrem manganese ore deposit with various mineral acids was investigated. It has been shown that the optimal reagents of the leaching process are nitric and orthophosphoric acids. It was revealed that leaching of overburden waste with 10% solutions of these acids at Т: Ж = 1:25 and a temperature of 50 ° С leads to the formation of productive solutions that can be recommended for use as a basis for the production of liquid phosphorus or nitrogen fertilizers containing the trace element manganese.
